Sunday Delivery ($10)

We offer easy in-home delivery on Sundays from 1pm to 9pm. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be home to accept the delivery and our delivery drivers give you text updates so you stay in the loop.

Wednesday Delivery ($10)

We offer easy in-home delivery on Wednesdays from 1pm to 9pm. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be home to accept the delivery and our delivery drivers give you text updates so you stay in the loop.

 Wednesday Pickup (FREE!)

Want great meals with no delivery fee? We offer free meal pickup at 6 locations on Wednesdays Only. We’ve partnered with 3 great gyms, 2 supplement shops and Meal Prep on Demand, a grab and go mobile service that also sells Lean Machine Meals.  We have Free Pickup locations in the following areas in San Diego(Please double check the pickup times for each location before selecting them to pickup your meals, hours vary per location); Pacific Beach, University Heights, Rolando(SDSU area), Bay Ho/Clairemont, Old Town/Morena, and El Cajon off the I-8 and Los Coches Rd to offer this service!

Delivery Details

  1. Please ensure that the phone number on your account/order can receive text messages so we can contact you with delivery updates or any issues.
  2. Although you do not need to be present to accept the delivery, access to your front door is required.
  3. Place special instructions for your delivery driver, such as gate codes or entry codes, in the Notes box field at checkout.
  4. Delivery fees are charged per trip, $10, no sales tax or hidden fees. 
  5. If for any reason a delivery cannot be made, you will be responsible for picking up your meals from The Lean Machine the next day.
  6. We use high-quality refrigerator bags and ice packs, but they don’t last forever. Please save Cooler Bags and Ice Packs for return pickup or text the word pickup to 619-381-5468.  To ensure freshness, all meals must be refrigerated by 10pm on the day of delivery.
  7. Our refrigerator bags and ice packs are completely reusable. Please place your thawed ice pack and cooler bag outside on the morning of your next delivery so our driver can pick them up. (Timing doesn’t work out, or won’t be ordering again for 2 weeks. Text the word pickup to 619-381-5468)
  8. You’ll receive 1 email and 2 automatic delivery notification texts for each order. The day before you’ll receive an email from orders@theleanmachinesd.com with a 2-hour delivery window PDF. On the day of your delivery, you’ll receive 1 text with a tracking link when your driver is in route, and 1 final text when your food delivery has been completed.
  9. If you cannot receive texts, please let us know in the Notes field at checkout.
  10. We try our best to delivery within the 2-hour window we provide and we try never to deliver after 9pm. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise causing a delay in delivery. We will do our best to keep you informed if there is a delay.
  11. If you have a special request for your delivery, include that in the Delivery Notes field at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  12. We serve all ZIP codes within San Diego county. Sorry, but we cannot deliver to any ZIP codes outside of San Diego county– no exceptions.

  2. We do not offer pickup from our commercial kitchen.

  4. We use high-quality refrigerator bags and ice packs, but they don’t last forever. To ensure freshness, all meals must be refrigerated by 10pm on the day of delivery.
  5. Our refrigerator bags and ice packs are completely reusable. If you take the cooler and ice pack home with you, please bring them both back to the same location during business hours.
  6. Our pickup locations are only contracted to allow you to pick up your meals and drop off your old coolers and ice packs. They cannot answer any questions about your service. For any issues or questions, contact us directly.
  7. You are responsible for picking up your meals within the allotted time. We are no longer responsible for your food after the allotted timeframe.
  8. If you will not be able to pick your meals up within the allotted time, contact us before 6:30pm on the day of pickup and we will do our best to make alternate arrangements. If you do not contact us before 6:30pm on the day of the pickup, your meals will be disposed of.
  9. No refunds will be given for meals that were not picked up.
