You can experience the benefits of what it feels like when you provide your body with the essentials needed to thrive in this busy world we live in.
These plans are set up for either men or women, you have the option to get two or three meals a day with or without fish(Tilapia, Cod, Salmon). Portions for the men’s plans consist of 7 oz of protein, 1 cup of veggies, and 1 cup of carbs. Portions for the women’s plans consist of 4 oz of protein, 1 cup or veggies, and 1/2 cup of carbs.
Although these plans are not custom to your specific body type, or what goals you are trying to achieve, just by eating whole food meals that are low fat, low sodium, and with all natural ingredients will greatly benefit your health, assist in weight management and above all make you feel a whole lot better on a daily basis. The plans below are a stepping stone for your body to experience what correct eating feels like without the headache and stress of going to a dietitian and or getting a trainer and spending money you don’t want or have to spend.
The meals will also show you what proper portioning look like, which will help remind you what you should be eating to keep your body healthy on or off our service. Each plan will give you a variety or the items we offer in different combinations.
These plans cannot be customized and should only be used as a starting point for someone looking to lead a healthier lifestyle. Complete meal customization when ready to utilize, can be accomplished using our mix and match ordering system or for super easy ordering our combo ordering menus can be utilized.
Your weeks worth of meals will be split into TWO pickups or deliveries(second delivery is free) unless you specify otherwise in the notes box at checkout.
If your ordering 3 meals per day, on Sunday evening you will receive 9 meals for Monday through Wednesday and on Wednesday evening you will receive6 meals for Thursday through Sunday.
If your ordering 2 meals per day, on Sunday evening you will receive 6 meals for Monday through Wednesday and on Wednesday evening you will receive 4 meals for Thursday through Sunday.
